June 31, 2020

We are back to normal lead times.

May 31, 2020

EXTENDED: We have extended the 15% discount another month! Ends June 30, 2020. Use code: HELP15

We hope this continues to help put a bit more cash in your pockets. As things return to the new normal, please be safe.

Lead times: We are returning to our normal lead times but are still running about 2-3 additional days on some orders. We will continue to alternate staff to reduce exposure and increase safety.

Thank you so much for your continued support!

May 19, 2020

Just a quick update on our turn around time. We are currently running around 10-15 days with some orders. We should be caught up in the next week or so. We will certainly update you here once we are back to normal lead times.

April 27, 2020

We hope that all of you are doing well. We wanted to update you on what is going in here at Vision Art. We are still accepting and working on orders.

We will continue to waive all Dropship fees until further notice. We hope this will help you with the bottom line and enable you to expedite orders directly to your clients.

We have extended our 15% Discount until May 31, 2020 Use code HELP15.

We are rotating staff a bit to allow social distancing and limit any exposure. Our lead times may be a bit longer. But in most cases, orders will ship only a few days later than normal.

March 31, 2020

Starting today, Dropship fees will be waived. We are working to change the charge on the website, but until then, we will subtract the fee before the charges are finalized. We know that due to delays and shipping issues worldwide, many will opt to ship directly to your clients. We hope this will help. When you select to Dropship to your client, we "White Label" the box and all materials, so no Vision Art logos or branding will show.

IMPORTANT Note from UPS: Prior to shipping, please check to see if the recipient’s location is open, since business opening hours may have changed due to local restrictions.  If the location is closed, we will hold your shipment and attempt to complete the delivery at a later date if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will re-open within 9 days.  However, if the location is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to the sender.

Please be assured that we are working hard and safely with a reduced crew to get your orders processed and shipped. Thank you for your support, our team is so thankful for your orders and we hope that we can be a support to you as well.

With so much uncertainty growing around the world about the Coronavirus, we wanted to update you regularly on the status of Vision Art.

The VA Team are our friends and family. We have taken measures to protect them and their families. Our small town of Marshalltown, IA. has not been instructed to close schools or large gatherings as of today but we will follow any direction taken by governmental authorities. We are determined to take care of our team to the best of our ability through this difficult time.

We are carefully monitoring the recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health organizations. We have further elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol. Here are some examples of what we are doing:

  • Disinfecting high-touch hard surfaces throughout our facility each day, equipment, computers, break room, restrooms, desks, and surfaces

  • Educating our staff on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures

  • Instructing employees to wash their hands a minimum of hourly, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure

  • Hand sanitizers throughout the facility (we practically drink the stuff)

  • Recommending that those who are not feeling well to stay home to prevent the spread of germs

We have taken steps to ensure that we have enough inventory of all of our materials that go into our products. Please check back on a regular basis for updates here. We will notify you as well if there are any issues or shortages with materials, but we do not anticipate any problems.
